Scooter Stunts
back in the studio
it's monday...and it's back in the studio for me...and the rest of the class for that matter. Well, I still got plenty of work i need to work on...I still have to finalize my plan and section and some detail connections that i bably need to consider before i take the next step. What's the next step you ask? I need to get some autobad drawings just to get my foot wet and familiar with it again and after that, I can't start on a digital model which I am kinda excited about...I think that's gonna take my project to the next step...and then i can build a final models...and after that is done...just boards and drawings and book

So
Over the past few weeks, the lack of motivation created a situation for me where work production outweighs the physicality extent of time. And now, they are all behind me and I sense a renewal, a new challenge for myself to take the new step toward the thesis. I feel revitalized. I feel like the first day of thesis. I am fresh with ideas and I am not afraid to explore them. Usually, when I'm at this stage of design, I get afraid. I get conventional. But instead, I feel inventional, I feel creative. I want to prove to myself...(and all those crappy firms at the job fair) that architecture isn't about money. Architecture is about exploration; it's about taking the new step; it's about being afraid and still do it; it's about being spiritually rich at the end of a long exhausted day and looking forward for another one the next day; it's about giving to the world and not taking. This is the oath we promise the public to allow us to build.

sunday morning call
Bb(in the intro, u can play a hammer from the 2nd to 3rd fret on the B,
like going from Bb to Bbm and hammering)

Bb Dm
Here's another Sunday morning call
Bb Dm
You hear your head banging on the door
Bb Dm
You slip those shoes on and then out you crawl
Bb Dm
Into a day that couldn't give you more
D
But what for?

G D
And In your head, do you feel
Em Am7
What you're not supposed to feel
G D
And you take, what you want
F Em D
But you don't get it for free
G D
You need, more time
Em Am G
Coz your thoughts and words won't last forever more
D
But I'm not sure
C Am7
If it ever works out right
D
But it's OK , S'Alright <- quiet break

When you're lonely and you start to hear
The little voices in your head at night
You will only sniff away the tears
So you can dance until the morning light
But at what price?

G D
And In your head, do you feel
Em Am7
What you're not supposed to feel
G D
And you take, what you want
F Em D
But you can't get hope for free
G D
You need, more time
Em Am G
Coz your thoughts and words won't last forever more
D
But I'm not sure

F C G D
If it ever ever ever works out right
F C G D
If it ever ever ever works out right
F C G
Coz it never never never works out right
dont go away

renzo piano quote
"But architecture is about thinking. It’s about slowness in some way. You need time to dream. The bad thing about computers is that they make everything run very fast."

"But I think imposing your style may be actually very limiting, because you may end by simply imposing your style, instead of understanding the need of people."

Procrastinator's Creed

1. I believe that if anything is worth doing, it would have been done already.
2. I shall never move quickly, except to avoid more work or find excuses.
3. I will never rush into a job without a lifetime of consideration.
4. I shall meet all of my deadlines directly in proportion to the amount of bodily injury I could expect to receive from missing them.
5. I firmly believe that tomorrow holds the possibility for new technologies, astounding discoveries, and a reprieve from my obligations.
6. I truly believe that all deadlines are unreasonable regardless of the amount of time given.
7. I shall never forget that the probability of a miracle, though infinitesmally small, is not exactly zero.
8. If at first I don't succeed, there is always next year.
9. I shall always decide not to decide, unless of course I decide to change my mind.
10. I shall always begin, start, initiate, take the first step, and/or write the first word, when I get around to it.
11. I obey the law of inverse excuses which demands that the greater the task to be done, the more insignificant the work that must be done prior to beginning the greater task.
12. I know that the work cycle is not plan/start/finish, but is wait/plan/plan.
13. I will never put off until tomorrow, what I can forget about forever.
14. I will become a member of "Procrastinators United" if I ever get around to it...
